Tour Plan

4 Days / 3 Nights Aswan to Luxor

Day 1:

Upon your arrival at Aswan airport or train station, you will be greeted and assisted by our representative, then taken to your Egyptology tour guide, who will accompany you on a fantastic tour of the Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the Temple. Aswan elephants. After your tours, you will be transferred to your private Nile cruise boat in Aswan for embarkation with lunch, afternoon tea, and overnight in Aswan.

Day 2:

Excellent sailing to Kom Ombo, passing the modern architecture of the stunning Aswan Bridge with breakfast on the Nile cruise boat. Upon your arrival in Kom Ombo, your tour guide will accompany you to the joint temple of the gods Sobek and Heroris. After your fantastic tour, lunch on board will be followed by sailing to Edfu for your tour of the Temple of Horus. Afternoon tea will be served on the upper deck while sailing to Luxor via Esna Lock, where you will have the chance to witness the local life and take some memorable photos. Dinner and overnight on board the Nile cruise ship in Luxor.

Day 3:

Arrival in Luxor – Breakfast is served on your Nile Cruise Ship, followed by your guided tour of ancient Egypt along the East Bank of the Nile in Luxor to Karnak and Luxor Temples. You will then be transferred to the Nile cruise ship in Luxor for lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner on board with an overnight stay on the Nile cruise ship in Luxor.

Day 4:

Disembarkation after breakfast, followed by your accompanying tour guide to visit the West Bank of the Nile in Luxor to the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and Colossi of Memnon with free time at leisure in Luxor and then you will be transferred to Luxor airport or train station for departure.

5 Days / 4 Nights Luxor to Aswan

Day 1:

Upon arrival at Luxor Airport or the train station, our representative will greet and assist you. Then, your Egyptologist tour guide will accompany you for a fantastic journey along the east bank of the Nile in Luxor to the most famous historical monuments known as the Karnak and Luxor temples. Once you have completed your guided tour, you will be transferred to the Nile cruise ship in Luxor for boarding, including lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner on board your Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan.

Day 2:

Your chance to enjoy a lovely breakfast on board the Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan before heading to the West Bank with your Egyptology tour guide for a beautiful trip back to ancient Egyptian history to visit the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut Temple at Deir el-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon, followed by transfer back to the cruise ship in the shortest. The afternoon will be spent sailing along the ancient Nile River to Edfu via the attractive Lock at Esna, where you will have the opportunity to observe local life and take memorable photos. Once in Esna, you can enjoy a wonderful dinner on the Nile cruise ship while docking for the night.

Day 3:

After a good night’s sleep, breakfast will be served on board the Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan, followed by your next great tour with your knowledgeable guide to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, then back to the cruise to sail to Kom Ombo with lunch on board the Nile River cruise boat. Your tour guide will accompany you to the world of Egyptology to visit the Kom Ombo temple shared by the two gods Sobek and Heroes, then sail to Aswan via the impressive Aswan Bridge to the beautiful lights of the tombs of the nobles in Aswan with dinner and overnight on board. Day 4:

Another exciting day awaits you after breakfast on board the Luxor Nile Cruise to Aswan, where your Egyptian tour guide will accompany you in Aswan for a fantastic tour to visit the High Dam, the unfinished Obelisk, and the Philae Temple in Aswan. Then you will be transferred to your private Nile cruise boat in Aswan for lunch, afternoon tea, and overnight in Aswan.

Day 5:

Disembarkation after breakfast with free time to explore the beautiful city of Aswan with its famous Nubian culture, then transfer to Aswan airport/train station for departure.

PLEASE NOTE * There is an optional excursion to Abu Simbel (highly recommended) from Aswan in a private air-conditioned car or via Egypt Air to explore the magnificent temples of King Ramesses II and Queen Nefertari’s Temple of Abu Simbel and then return to Aswan for free. Free time in Aswan on your own.
